I haven’t found a good comprehensive reading list for enterprise architects. You can just go to Amazon and search for Enterprise Architecture, of course. When you do that, however, you get a bunch of crap along with the good stuff. So I created a list of books I would give someone if they told me they wanted to be a good EA.
Read all of these and you will be a guru (or more likely an unguru).

Is Enterprise Architecture Left or Right Brained?

But there are aspects of technology that require right brain thinking in order to be performed well. Intuition, free association, expression and risk taking are traits that are required for doing IT architecture well.
